Software that stays yours

You paid for it. It should still be yours.

Small, focused Windows apps. One price. No subscriptions. No surprises. No one can take them away.

The tools you love keep disappearing.

Remember Evernote before Bending Spoons bought it? Before the price hikes, the feature cuts, the "we're streamlining our offering" emails that really meant "we're taking things away"?

Airtable just went the same way. Today. Same buyer.

Vimeo, WeTransfer, Filmic, Meetup, Eventbrite. All acquired. All changed beyond recognition. All still charging you every single month while quietly becoming less than what you originally signed up for.

And it is not just acquisitions. Think about the software subscriptions sitting in your bank statement right now. The project management tool you opened twice. The design app you keep renewing just in case. The note-taking app that hiked its price and hoped you would not notice. Add them up. Most people are spending £200 to £400 a month on software they do not fully use and do not actually own.

When a company gets acquired or runs out of money or simply decides you are not the priority anymore, your access disappears. Your data can disappear with it. You had been renting all along, and the landlord just sold the building.

We think there is a better way.

The Mini Apps Factory

The Mini Apps Factory is built on one rule.

You pay once. You own it. Forever.

Every app we build follows the same rule: you pay once, it is yours, and it gets better over time at no extra cost. No exceptions.

It cannot be taken away.

No acquisition, no shutdown, no pricing change can touch what you already own. It lives on your machine.

Your data stays with you.

Nothing is uploaded. Nothing is tracked. No account to create, no cloud to trust, no subscription to cancel.

It gets better for free.

Every future update to every app you buy is included. You pay once and the app only improves from there.

Why I'm building this

I got tired of watching tools I relied on get bought out, jacked up in price, or quietly ruined: Evernote, Airtable, all the rest. So I stopped waiting for it to happen to the next app I depended on and started building my own instead: small, focused, and built on one rule: you pay once, and it's yours. No investors to answer to, no growth targets that force a subscription model on you later, no acquisition that guts the thing you paid for. I'm not trying to build the next unicorn. I'm building the tools I wanted to exist, the way software used to work, and selling them to anyone else who's sick of renting.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Free software is either limited by design to push you toward a paid plan, supported by advertising, or built by a company that will eventually need to make money somehow. We would rather be upfront: you pay us once, we build you something good, and that is the whole deal.

The app you bought keeps working. It is installed on your machine. It does not phone home to check if we are still in business. Worst case, it just sits there working exactly as it did the day you bought it.

Yes. Lightweight native Windows applications, built to run without drama on both.

No. Everything lives locally on your machine. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is tracked, no account required.

Yes. Your license key works on any Windows PC you use. No per-device limits, nothing to revoke or re-buy.

Email us with the address you purchased with and we will resend it. It is also saved inside the app, so you rarely need it more than once.

Pick a tool. Pay once. Move on.

No account. No subscription. No monthly reminder of what you are paying for software you already own.
